How do I schedule a session?
Once you’ve selected your package, you’ll be able to book your slots based on your timetable. We know law schedules change, so we try to be as flexible as possible with prior notice.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes! If you and your friends want to form a study group, we can create a custom group package for you. Please contact us directly for a quote.
What happens if I miss a scheduled session?
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited depending on the package terms.
Do you offer installment payments for your packages?
We understand that a 3-month commitment (for our Standard and Flex tutoring packages, as well as Standard and Premium coaching packages) is an investment. Please contact our billing team directly via our contact email and we may be able to structure a payment plan (e.g., 50% upfront, 50% mid-term) depending on the situation.
Is there a refund policy?
We aim for total satisfaction. If you cancel a package before it begins, you are eligible for a refund (minus administrative fees). If you are unsatisfied during the package, please refer to the specific terms and conditions outlined in your welcome email.
