At SOLegalNG, we are committed to delivering high-value academic tutoring and coaching, as well as premium legal frameworks and commercial strategies. Because our services require significant dedicated time and our digital materials contain proprietary frameworks, we enforce a strict financial policy to ensure fairness and quality for all clients.
By purchasing a digital product, booking a tutoring package, or engaging our commercial services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Payment Terms
- Upfront Payment:
All fees for academic tutoring tracks, coaching programs, and digital materials must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the service or the granting of digital access.
- Commercial Retainers & Bundles:
For corporate services (e.g., Business Entry Bundles or custom contract services), a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence portal processing and drafting, with the balance due upon completion but prior to the release of the final deliverables.
- Installment Plans:
Alternative payment schedules are only valid if explicitly agreed upon in writing by SOLegalNG prior to the commencement of services.
2. Digital Products & Materials
- Strictly Non-Refundable:
Due to the instantly accessible and downloadable nature of our intellectual property (including but not limited to the Pre-Law Blueprint, diagnostic templates, and model IRAC answers), all sales of digital products are strictly final and non-refundable.
Once access to the digital vault or document link has been granted, the transaction is considered fully executed.
3. Live Tutoring & Academic Coaching
- 24-Hour Notice:
If you need to reschedule a live one-on-one session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ written notice via email or our official WhatsApp contact. .
- No-Shows & Late Cancellations:
Failure to provide at least 12 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session (a “no-show”), will result in the total forfeiture of that session. You will not be entitled to a refund or a free makeup session.
- Lateness:
Tutors will wait in the virtual meeting room for 15 minutes. If a student arrives past the 15-minute mark without prior notice, the session will be treated as a no-show and forfeited.
- Package Expirations:
Multi-week tutoring and coaching packages must be completed within the agreed-upon timeframe (e.g., 1 month or 3 months from purchase). Unused sessions do not roll over indefinitely and are non-refundable.
4. Commercial Services & Business Entry Packages
- Statutory & Portal Fees:
Any portion of your payment that covers government disbursements, registry fees (e.g., CAC statutory fees), or third-party portal costs as outlined in your invoice is strictly non-refundable once the application has been lodged.
- Cancellation of Commercial Services:
If you choose to terminate a commercial project (such as a company incorporation, contract drafting, or script review service) after the deposit has been paid but before the work is completed, SOLegalNG will retain the deposit to cover the consultative and administrative hours already invested.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
- Mutual Fit Guarantee:
For long-term academic tutoring coaching clients, we use the first session as a mutual diagnostic. If, after this initial session, you feel your assigned tutor or coach is not the perfect fit for your learning style, we will reassign you to a different SOLegalNG professional at no extra charge for your next session. If a suitable reassignment cannot be made, or if either party determines the program itself is not a fit, SOLegalNG will refund the remaining unused balance of your package (retaining only the cost of the initial diagnostic session).
- Medical or Personal Emergencies:
We understand that genuine emergencies occur. Exceptions to the 24-hour cancellation rule for live sessions may be granted solely at the discretion of SOLegalNG management upon the presentation of valid reasoning.
